Love this place. They are a very busy clinic so you have to have some patience when calling or waiting on your appointment. They are worth their weight in gold. I've used both sides of the clinic (large and small animals) and have had nothing but good to say. Dr. Spencer and his staff have always been kind and helpful anytime I needed anything. I've also had to use the emergency service once and I couldn't have ask for a better outcome. Thank you for all you do.
Staff friendly and caring to pet owners as well as pets. Bedside manor is superb. I didn't feel like I was bothering anyone when I inquired about Sammy. In my past experiences with Sammy and other vets Sammy takes a full day to feel like himself as he is a very nervous dog but that was'nt the case: Sammy was playing with his toys that same night. They are affordable as well.
Dr. Spencer and all of the other Staff are "Top of the Line"! You can't go wrong in trusting the care of your pet to any of them! Thanks, Dr. Spencer and all of your wonderful folks!
Best vet in the area. People are friendly & helpful. They take excellent care of my animals & work out a payment plan for expenses. My animals love them & aren't scared of the staff. I wouldn't use any other vet!
The staff there is very caring and considerate. Sometimes they are very busy, but I am always satisfied when I leave.
