Quality of their clothes seems to have declined over the years. During our last visit I noticed many of the clothes were hanging up with lots of wrinkles and rather sloppy to look at. Also the material of many garments just looked cheap and relatively over priced. I've shopped there for years but no longer do so very often. There are better clothing stores to shop at and therefore I don't recommend them.

Great customer service but the prices are a little high on some stuff. It was a little messy and the front of the building was dirty.
Really nice department store, helpful employees, decent selection. Needs a better selection of men's boots (hiking) and shoes.
Men's selection is extremely limited with only larger sizes available (32+ in jeans & Medium+ in tops) & very outdated designs unless you like camo & country clothes. Young regular sized guys shouldn't bother & shop elsewhere.
